To cancel your subscription: open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Apple handles all billing. For refund requests, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, tap Restore Purchase on the paywall screen. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
To generate a compliance report, go to Reports, select your state, and tap Generate PDF. You can share or print it directly from your iPhone.
All your data is stored locally on your device. Optional sync across your own devices is available in Settings by signing in with your email. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You can export a backup from Settings → Backup and restore it on any device signed into the same account.
